The adjunct teaching faculty at Albany Law School has recently grown by two. Beginning this fall, Principal Attorney Keith M. Goldstein and Senior Associate Attorney Steven G. Thomas are teaching Case Study in Corporate Transactions – Leveraged Management Buy-Outs, an advanced-level course that delves into the many business and legal issues inherent in sophisticated corporate transactions. Says Partner John Lavelle, “we are thrilled to see these two talented young attorneys stepping up to the plate in the community to bring their know-how to a new generation of attorneys. Their combined experience in law and business will surely make for a great learning experience for Albany Law students.”
